Miller O’Hern Construction is registered by the State of Arizona as a KB-01 general contractor licensed for both commercial and residential projects. We can build totally new structures or can complete additions and remodel projects.

About Us

When you team with Miller O’Hern Construction, you will work directly with the principals of the company -- Dave O'Hern and Cy Miller

Dave O'Hern, a 35-year veteran of the Tucson construction industry, has been the director of operations, project manager and chief estimator for several large construction companies in Tucson. As director of operations he managed seven project managers and their support staff completing up to $60 million of work annually. As a project manager he has completed projects up to $13 million in size for both private and pubic clients. Dave has completed the construction of over $300,000,000 of Tucson buildings and takes pride in his contribution to the growth of our community. Dave oversees project management and estimating at Miller O'Hern.

Cy Miller has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting including 20 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller in the construction, insurance, and manufacturing industries. Cy has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a large commercial general contractor for five years. She brings to our company a wide range of business community contacts and a proven ability to manage finances. Cy manages finance, accounting, and information technology at Miller O'Hern.
